Marketing Retainer
+ $750/month (3 month min.)

An extra set of hands for busy business owners that want to hand over website tasks. Your choice - up to 3 hours of content management; campaign banners, email marketing, adding blogs, updating copy, uploading images to galleries etc.

The Process

  • Add your contact information, select the services you need, and we’ll respond the same business day.

  • Receive an email with available booking dates, your Client Brief & Terms of Service Agreement, and an invoice.

  • Sign the Client Brief & Terms of Service Agreement and complete the invoice deposit to secure your booking.

  • Access your Client Portal with onboarding details and essential resources to start your website project.

  • Fill out an extensive Brand Questionnaire to help guide the design and content.

  • Fill out the Website Copy Template provided. (Copywriting services are available for an additional fee.)

  • Submit any relevant hosting logins, social media links, email marketing access, and brand assets (existing logos, colours, brand guidelines, etc. if applicable).

  • Review the initial design proofs and provide feedback for adjustments.

  • Once designs are approved, we begin building your website with all selected features and functionality.

  • Receive the final invoice. Once paid, we’ll complete the final steps before launch.

  • Review a pre-launch checklist to ensure everything is in place, including SEO settings, social links, and testing across devices.

  • Your website goes live! Celebrate your new online presence, optimised and ready to grow your business.
